Industrial And Commercial Departments Seized Counterfeit Montagut Clothing
On the afternoon of May 17th, Fangchenggang industrial and Commercial Bureau seized a number of clothes suspected of counterfeiting the "Montagut" brand.
On the same day, the Bureau organized law enforcement officers to inspect the "spring summer 2010 brand clothing merchandising fair" held at FangCheng Railway Station.
During the inspection, the law enforcement officer found that the first booth was suspected of selling fake "Montagut" clothing. After giving the relevant rights and obligations to the operator, he made spot pcripts on the spot and counted the counterfeit "Montagut" clothes.
The operator obstructed the law enforcement officers, did not cooperate with the law enforcement officers on the alleged counterfeit "Montagut" clothing inventory, also called a number of exhibitors to law enforcement officers to abuse and obstruct.
Law enforcement officers risked danger for more than two hours, and finally seized 54 pants and 26 T-shirts suspected of counterfeiting Montagut brand, and ordered more than 60 exhibitors to operate without license.
