National Standard Of Outdoor Sportswear As Soon As Possible

The comparative test results of the mountaineering clothes (commonly known as assault clothing) announced by China Consumers Association today showed that the quality of the 10 mainstream brand mountaineering suits tested were good.

However, because there is no national standard of outdoor sportswear in China, the standard of common clothing is commonly used in testing.

For this reason, China Consumers Association appealed for the national standard of outdoor sportswear as soon as possible.

In recent years, the outdoor consumer market has gradually become popular, and domestic outdoor products keep increasing by 40%.

In view of the large amount of outdoor clothing and daily life dual-use mountaineering clothes that consumers buy large amounts, the staff of the China Association for consumers and consumers have bought ten mainstream brands of clothing in Beijing stores such as sporting goods and other stores.

The results showed that the formaldehyde content of the products was less than 75mg/kg, which accords with the requirements of direct contact with skin products (B), and the formaldehyde content of most products was below 20mg/kg.

The use of banned and decomposable aromatic amine dyes has not been found in this test, and the color fastness of the products has not appeared.

At present, there is no national standard for outdoor sportswear in China. The China Consumer Association recommends that relevant departments should formulate national standards for outdoor sportswear as soon as possible, so as to facilitate the standardized development and quality improvement of outdoor sports products.
