In 2003, Liang Suping, who worked in Guangdong garment factory, discovered a business opportunity: some international brand clothing manufacturers sold at low prices to make the remaining "tailings" for clothing. The remaining fabrics were not only of good quality, but also made of children's clothing and household clothes, which could "turn waste into treasure".


"We signed contracts with Nike, ADI and some home textile brands, and bought their remaining fabrics for processing. The garments made are very popular in the market."

The couple first set up a booth in Kaifeng, and the pure cotton padded clothes of several yuan were very popular with the salaried people. Many customers went home to wear comfortably and became a repeat customer and recommended to their relatives and friends.


In 2008, Liang Suping's entrepreneurial steering wheel was promoted again. She and Geng Junjie took part in the SYB training of Zhengzhou entrepreneurial guidance center, and in June of the same year, they began to create the brand of "Kang Yue clothing".


Joint venture "street stalls" to become self owned brand


When he first started his business, Geng Junjie joked that he was only a "street angel", selling stalls in some streets and streets in Zhengzhou and Kaifeng, and selling "end single fabric clothing".

"The cost is 4 yuan, the selling price is only 5 yuan, the cost is 8 yuan, sells 10 yuan."

Geng Junjie was in charge of clothing production and pportation. Liang Suping was responsible for the sales link. Two people had a clear division of labor.
