The proportion of overseas audiences has increased, accounting for 48% of the total audience.

Of particular concern is that the number of audiences not only from Europe and South America has increased significantly, but also the number of American audiences has increased steadily.

The number of spectators in Japan has remained stable, so the Japanese economy seems to have come out of the trough and has regained its purchasing power.

The trend forum set up at the entrance of the exhibition continues to bring forth new ideas. Apart from responding to the latest development of knitted and woven fabrics in response to the four major trends of the exhibition, a new circular weaving exhibition area has been set up. This "from yarn to clothing" exhibition is the first appearance at the textile trade exhibition, creating a historical precedent.

At the same time, SPINEXPO has set up two independent exhibition areas for Hong Kong Polytech University and Trent University in Nottingham, so that students can fully interpret the four major themes through their own works.
