Enterprises can determine their own organization and staffing according to the needs of production and operation.

The recruitment of enterprises can be assisted by the labor and personnel departments in their locals, according to their own conditions, through examination, merit admission, enterprises and workers signed labor contracts, to the local labor and personnel departments for the record.

At the same time, the insurance and welfare of the employees of Taiwan funded enterprises and the pension funds and industry insurance funds of retired employees should be followed.
