It has aroused strong concern from various industries and has been reprinted and reported in depth.


The five major industry pay surveys lasted two months. They were jointly sponsored by the most authoritative sub industry professionals recruitment websites in China, namely, the talent network, the talent network, the financial excellence network, the machine talent network and the chemical talent network jointly with the well-known media in various industries. The aim of the "salary" is to better understand the survival status and trend of the professionals in various regions, so as to provide accurate and scientific salary guidance for the practitioners in the industry, and provide a basis for the industry to make reasonable remuneration.

The survey was actively responded and participated by practitioners in the industry. 71950 questionnaires were collected from five industries, of which 62111 were valid questionnaires.


Salary dissatisfaction ratio exceeds 70%


Pay has become the most concerned topic of the workplace. Whether it is job hopping or talent flow, the survey results show that practitioners in various industries are generally not satisfied with the current salary, which is more than 70%.

Statistics show that practitioners in chemical industry are the lowest in salary satisfaction, and medicine and machinery rank the two or three. Financial and architectural practitioners are relatively satisfied with salary satisfaction.



As the only economic source of most of the life and survival of the working people, the importance of working income is self-evident. Influenced by the international financial situation, domestic prices are rising all the way, far faster than wage income growth, resulting in the rapid increase of living costs and the increasing pressure of survival.

Therefore, most people expect to have a pay raise in the coming year.

The survey results of elite network show that about 6 of the people hope that the proportion of salary increase in the coming year will be above 30% and above, so as to relieve all kinds of pressure.


After the Spring Festival, we will welcome job hopping.



This survey shows that the proportion of job hopping is the biggest among all industries, especially in the chemical industry. More than half of them expect to raise their income by job hopping. More than 40% of machinery and construction have changed their jobs through job hopping.

For the choice of job hopping time, 60% construction industry practitioners will choose half a year to act, and half of other industries will choose half a year to quit.

Taking into account the early spring festival this year, it can be expected that mid February after the Spring Festival will usher in the 2011 peak of job hopping, and the "golden four silver" will form a focus of job hopping.


Talent flow industry has obvious difference



For the upcoming job hopping peak, is it to choose local development or to seek opportunities outside the field? This survey shows that different industries show obvious differences.

In the chemical industry, nearly 6 of the practitioners will leave the local area to look for opportunities. This is obviously different from other industries, and is the only industry that outflows more personnel than those left behind.

In other industries, the ratio of staying in the local area is higher than that in the other places. The gap between finance and construction is the most obvious.


The remuneration report of the five major industries of the elite network alliance has been partially completed, and it is released and disseminate through various cooperative media. It hopes to learn from practitioners in the industry, and provide some reference and help for the development and management of human resources in various industries.
