The customs and Excise Department of Gongbei immediately contacted the obligee and confirmed that the garments had infringed the exclusive right to "Abercrombie&Fitch" trademark.

In February 14th, the Gongbei customs official detained the infringing goods and made further investigation and handling of the cases.

Since January 15th, three customs offices in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao have jointly launched a special code named "Hai Long" to further crack down on three illegal activities in Guangdong, Hong Kong and Macao.

One month after Hailong action, Gongbei customs has seized 48 cases of infringement, 43 thousand pieces of infringing goods, and the value of the case is 1 million 710 thousand yuan.
