AQSIQ Holds The First Lecture Hall On Quality Inspection This Year.

In the first lecture hall of quality inspection in 2003, Yuan Shuhong, deputy director, professor and doctor of law of the State Council Legislative Affairs Office, was invited to give special lectures on the theme of speeding up the building of a rule of law government.

Zhi Shuping, party secretary and director of the AQSIQ, met Yuan Shuhong very well before the lecture began.

Yang Gang, deputy secretary and deputy director of the Party group, presided over the meeting and delivered speeches. With regard to strengthening and innovating the spirit of social management, only by adhering to administration according to law and building quality inspection of the rule of law can we play an active role in changing the mode of economic development, strengthening and innovating social management. We must have a deep understanding of the importance of building quality inspection in the rule of law, and unify our thoughts to the requirements and deployment of the general administration.

Two, we must comprehensively promote and focus on actual results.

The construction of the rule of law quality inspection involves the overall work of all functions of the quality inspection. We must conscientiously carry out the spirit of the National Conference on administrative work according to law and quality inspection system according to law. We must adhere to the principle of "doing things according to law", "making things imperative", "having responsibilities" and "making progress". We should study the concept of "rule by law", deploy various quality inspection work, check and evaluate the quality inspection work with the standards of the rule of law, and strive to improve the credibility of the quality inspection of the rule of law.

We should closely focus on the overall requirements of "quality, safety, development and quality inspection", actively promote the formulation and revision of laws and regulations, improve the decision-making process, comprehensively implement the in-depth reform of the administrative examination and approval system, vigorously promote the openness of government affairs, strictly enforce law enforcement activities, intensify supervision, inspection, inspection and investigation of violations of discipline and law, establish and improve the administrative mediation mechanism, and unswervingly, steadfastly and forcefully accelerate the construction of the rule of law quality inspection.
