Silk Traditional Industry "12Th Five-Year"

The annual sessions of the NPC and CPPCC are the focus period for delegates and committee members to discuss state affairs and pay attention to people's livelihood.

This year is worth "

The 12th Five-Year

During the opening year, how did the industry look at the silk industry?

Completely preserve the root of silk

Silk is a traditional industry in China's textile industry. It has been developing for thousands of years in China.

With the acceleration of industrialization, natural and luxurious silk products have declined.

Regarding this, Zhao Feng, deputy director of the China Silk Museum, believes that with the improvement of people's living standard and the increasing emphasis on traditional culture and education, silk products, as carriers of Chinese traditional culture, will surely get more people's affection.

As the representative of the two sessions this year, what he is doing now is to preserve these silk skills and culture, and not to break the chain of the industry for a specific historical reason.

In addition, the Chinese silk museum is also working with the Hangzhou Silk Association and the Hangzhou women's wear association to develop products with higher cultural added value.

The future development must take the characteristic route

For the future of Chinese silk development, Zhao Feng believes that first, we can study how to increase the content of silk in textile products; two, we can work hard to promote the natural and cultural nature of silk.

Especially in the aspect of nature, Zhao Feng put forward that the problem of natural dyes in Chinese textiles has not been solved.

If the whole process of weaving and processing is purely hand-made, the product is of high value.

Nowadays, many national costumes, such as kimono in Japan, belong to this category of products, each of which is different, with high artistic value and personal connotation.

For the future development of China's silk industry, Luckson, chairman of Fuan cocoon silk group, has also indicated that he must go.

High-end route

He believes that the financial crisis has brought development opportunities to China's silk industry.

Dongtai Fuan town is one of the famous high-quality cocoon silk production bases all over the country. Over the years, Fu An company has actively explored the operation mode of cocoon silk industrialization with "company + sericultural co operatives + farmers", constantly innovating the interest linkage mechanism, making bigger and stronger industries "leading", and developing the cocoon silk industry rapidly.

In the future, the development of the silk industry should still take the road of technology + brand, and become a fine and strong industry.

Three bottlenecks need to be broken through

Yi Hui, President of the China Silk Association, believes that there are three bottlenecks in the development of the silk industry.

First, the price of cocoon silk remains stable; two is the scientific research input to the core technology of the silk industry; the three is brand strategy and sustainable development.

Yi Hui believes that to ensure the relative stability of cocoon and silk prices, one is to increase supply in an orderly way to meet industry demand; the two is to regulate the market under the guidance of national economic policies; and the three is to prevent speculation.

In the core technology input of the silk industry, we also need direct support from state financial funds.

For example, mulberry species in agriculture, silkworm improvement and R & D, printing and dyeing finishing in industrial sectors, some basic technology and some common core technologies also need input from state funds, which can lead to the involvement of private capital.

In addition, there are brand cultivation and sustainable development of the industry.

This involves many factors, such as national strategy, enterprise mechanism and corporate culture, which require deep thinking and attention from the state, industry and enterprises.

China is the largest in the world.

raw silk

The annual output of raw silk accounts for 70% of the world's total output.

The value of our silk products is only 1/10 or even 1/100 of the international advanced brand products.

There are many reasons for this, but the lack of investment in technology and brand is an indisputable fact.

Therefore, on the occasion of the two sessions, we hope to see more useful proposals and proposals for the development of the industry.

I hope China's traditional silk will reappear in the near future.
