India Imposed A Dumping Duty On Chinese Nylon Filament Yarn

Issue No. 73/2011 bulletin originating from or from China, Taiwan, China, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Korea.

Exit

The nylon filament yarn (including less than 67 tex tex nylon monofilament, excluding high strength nylon monofilament or fishing net nylon line) is extended to impose anti-dumping duties.


The notice said that, in addition to the prior cancellation of the announcement, the Announcement No. 85/2006 issued by the India Customs on August 29, 2006 was originating in or from China, Taiwan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and China.

Korea

The implementation period of anti-dumping duties on the above products extended to November 28, 2011.
