How To Treat "Internal Market And External Market"

A friend who is interested in seeing a dish will usually notice that the software is displayed on the market.

The two statistical indicators of internal and external markets are calculated by the software themselves, not after the exchange calculation.

When the software receives a new data, the paction price will be compared with the last purchase and sale. If the paction price is less than or equal to the purchase, the corresponding volume will be added to the index of the internal panel. If it is greater than or equal to selling, the corresponding volume will be added to the index of the external market.

If the two sides are divided into half, the internal market plus the external market is the total volume.

Because different communication sites accept different signals, different software calculates the inner and outer disk are different.

According to the calculation method, we should seem to believe that the large share price of the internal market will fall while the external market will be large and the share price will go up.

But this understanding is still one-sided, for a small volume of small cap stocks, the following case is very clear.

Hypothesis 1: the market dropped more than a percentage point on that day.

Hypothesis 2: share price on that day

Hypothesis: the inner disc is obviously larger than the outer disk.

Scenarios that satisfy these assumptions often appear in the disk.

As the internal disk is significantly larger than the outer market, we often assume that the initiative will sell a lot and share prices will fall.

In many cases, this is true, but we should take a closer look at the changes in the list, which is the focus of our attention.

Owing to the small size of the dish, the list is made.

For example, the price for a stock to buy and sell is 10.46 yuan and 10.50 yuan.

There was a sell-off, and after buying it, it became 10.43 yuan and sold unchanged.

Then there was a bigger bill hanging at 10.44 yuan, and it became 10.44 yuan.

Then there were several throw UPS, and the purchase became 10.43 yuan, which naturally continued to be added to the inner disk.

Later, a big bill was put on the top of 10.45 yuan, and it was restored to 10.45 yuan and 10.50 yuan respectively.

The above list changes frequently appear on the day's trading, and it has given a reasonable explanation, that is, there is a large scale to absorb the dispersion which is thrown out with the market decline, and at a relatively high price.

Therefore, the conclusion of this case is just the opposite. Stock prices are likely to rise recently, though the internal market is significantly greater than the external market.

For small volume small cap stocks, as long as the above three assumptions are satisfied, the conclusion of big single raise can be established, but we can not decide whether to rise immediately.

If we reverse all the three hypotheses above, the conclusion is just the opposite.
