At a recent meeting of the SFC, a spokesman for the securities and Futures Commission said that the SFC intends to take regulatory measures for "3 months' suspension of its securities underwriting related business", "to order relevant personnel to be punished" and "to instruct public statements", and to adopt "warning letters" for Ji Jingbo and Chen Yongyang.
