Yulin Garment Industrial Park Will Start To Solve 12 Thousand Jobs.

Today, (September 30th) morning, when the machine roars, the Yulin garment industrial park is officially started.

District Party Secretary Miao Feng attended the opening ceremony and announced the start of the garment industrial park project.

Yulin garment industrial park is expected to invest 3 billion yuan. After completion, it can achieve sales income of 1 billion 500 million yuan per year, and solve the employment problem of 12 thousand people.

It is understood that the Yulin garment industrial park is located in the Southern District of Yulin national modern agricultural science and technology demonstration area. The plan covers an area of 1500 mu, with a total area of 900 thousand square meters, and a budget estimate of 3 billion yuan. It is divided into six major functional areas, namely, the central green area, the commercial exhibition area, the business office area, the standardized workshop area, the self built factory area, the staff dormitory area and the storage logistics area.

After Yulin was named the famous Chinese cold clothing city, the District Committee and the district government made bold decisions. According to the train of thought of "seize the opportunity and take the lead in development", based on Yulin and facing the whole country, with the core value of "ecological and low carbon" as the core of the industrial park development, we are committed to building a nationwide wool cold proof clothing production base with complete functions, perfect facilities and first-class service.

The operation mode of "government led, market movement and park management" should be jointly invested and built by the government and enterprises according to the principle of "one-off planning and implementation by stages".

The government plans to invest 250 million yuan to take the lead in starting standardized factory buildings and supporting infrastructure construction. The plan covers an area of 200 mu and a total area of 68 thousand square meters.
