Career Ideal Is Not Equal To High Salary.

We often think that the ideal is to achieve some material benefits, such as money, reputation or status.

One of my colleagues, after thinking that he had made enough money, said "Bye Bye" and went to enjoy his world tour.

He was only more than 30 years old.

But a few months later, he found that his decision was wrong. He did not have to worry about food and clothing, but he was not happy.

For real happiness comes from the process of work, not from the rewards it receives.

Therefore, we must take this premise into consideration when establishing career ideals: high salary is not equal to professional ideal.

The value of our lives lies not in how much money we have, but in how much meaningful work we have done.

There are other studies that tell us that those who pursue their ideals will earn more money after many years than those who pursue money only.

So, I want all of them.

Remember everything: business is more important than money, opportunity is more important than stability, and the future is more important than today.

Four years in University

Career planning

Many job seekers say that there are still goals when they first start looking for jobs. Now they are looking for more and more standards.

What I want to say is that if the university does not develop its ideals in four years (or even longer time to study), then confusion is normal.

The goal of studying for more than ten years is to go to college. This is what parents set up for you.

ideal

"

Now, after graduating from college, no one will tell you what to do in the face of job search.

So how can we get rid of this confusion? Of course, we should make life plans and let ourselves have a goal.

But this is not a process of stepping up to the sky. Ideals are not built in a day.

I have always suggested that four years of university life should be used for life planning, including career aspirations.

Freshmen and sophomores understand their own process: what you like and what they are suitable for. These problems should be solved.

When I was a college student, I chose a lot of courses that were not doing my job and strange, but I had nothing to do with my major.

But these lessons let me know where my interest is, which is my greatest achievement and the foundation of my career ambition.

In the third and fourth year, your doubts should not be directed towards yourself, but you should understand more about the outside world.

For example, what extent do the industries that I want to develop to now? What companies can provide relevant job opportunities? If I want to get these jobs, what preparations do I need to make? In fact, in this process, you gradually establish your own career ideal and explore a road that leads to the ideal.

First job and job hunting is no compromise.

In view of the tight employment situation, I suggest that job seekers should "first get employed and choose jobs".

The first job is very important, but it is not important to decide the whole life.

It is normal for a person to change four or five jobs in his life. Many times, his career ideal needs a tortuous process.

Many people say, "no matter what, I must achieve my goal. If I can't do it, I will try my best."

In fact, this is not necessarily a good thing.

I suggest that you adopt the "two step plan" to achieve your career aspirations.

If you set a goal, don't want to graduate as soon as possible, as if you can't finish this life.

You should tell yourself: this ideal is very good. How high is it for me to realize it?

If there is no possibility at present, what should I do to make me closer to it?

Here, let me give you an example.

There is a student who is studying in the United States. His school is not very good. His grades are all right.

He decided to work in Google and asked if I had this possibility.

After asking him some basic knowledge, I found him very intelligent, but his professional knowledge was not solid enough. I don't think he has the chance to enter Google at present.

So I said to him, "it's hard now, but if we try harder, it's possible."

He continued to ask, "what can I do to maximize this possibility?" so I suggested that he read a master's degree and recommend to him a university that Google liked very much -- University of Waterloo, Canada, because its computer college is practical in teaching, and easy to enter, and the tuition fee is not expensive.

Two years later, he got his master's degree and now he has entered Google.
