Among them, bedding, blankets, towels, carpets and curtains are the main export products, with export volume of 10 billion 920 million, 3 billion 740 million, 2 billion 670 million, 2 billion 420 million and 2 billion 290 million US dollars respectively.

In addition to the export of towel products decreased by 7.7%, other categories of products exports continued to grow, with an increase of 6.6%, 18.4%, 7% and 10.6% respectively.

China Textile Import and Export Chamber of Commerce responsible person said that in 2014 1-11 months, China's home textile products exports to the EU grew faster, exports amounted to $4 billion 240 million, an increase of 10%, accounting for 16.4% of total exports.

Exports to the US increased slightly, with exports of US $6 billion 410 million, a slight increase of 1.6%, accounting for 24.7% of total exports.

Exports to Japan continued to decline, with exports of US $2 billion 850 million, down 5.9%, accounting for 11% of total exports.

In other major countries, home textiles exports to India and Thailand grew faster, with exports of 480 million and 470 million US dollars, respectively, increasing by 38.7% and 53.7% respectively.

In addition, in the first 11 months of 2014, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Shandong and Shanghai ranked the top four in the domestic textile export provinces and cities, and their exports continued to grow steadily, with an increase of 4.1%, 8.6%, 4% and 3.3% respectively. Guangdong ranked fifth, and exports maintained a relatively fast growth rate of 13.8%.

In addition, the export of Xinjiang's border trade declined significantly, with a drop of 4.2%. Exports from Tianjin, Jiangxi and Hunan provinces grew faster and increased by more than 20%.
