Digital Intelligent Fully Automated Production System Helps Textile Enterprises Develop Greatly

Recently, the development project of super Imitation cotton polyester filament, which was jointly completed by Fujian polyhong Technology Industrial Co., Ltd. and Donghua University, won the first prize of science and technology progress in Quanzhou in 2014.

The project has been built into continuous polymerization spinning with international advanced level.

The flexible demonstration line and the industrial demonstration line have been implemented to achieve the large-scale industrialization production and application of super Imitation cotton polyester fiber. 1 new 2000 ton new type super Imitation cotton polyester continuous polymerization production lines and 2 new 2000 cotton class polyester spinning production lines have been built.

According to the introduction, this digital intelligent automatic production system consists of 7 parts, namely spinning automatic dropping device, industrial robot, automatic high speed bomb adding machine and control system, and only needs to input the set values in the control system.

It can be automatically operated. The production process does not require manual operation, which greatly improves the production efficiency. The annual spinning capacity can reach 30 thousand tons.

The use of this project will effectively help textile enterprises.
