In the three channels of traditional shopping malls, individual shops and online shopping centers, online shopping centers are becoming more and more quality problems.

The hardest hit area.

The quality inspection results released recently by the Guangdong Administration for Industry and Commerce showed that the rate of clothing failure from online shopping centers reached 60%, much higher than the 38.7% and 32.9% of shopping malls and self-employed households.

It's shocking that

And the MUJI products, which are famous for their fine quality, are also on the blacklist.

Online shopping is the most worrying clothing

A few days ago, the Guangdong Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce announced the quality inspection of clothing commodities in circulation area in 2015-2016, and announced that 240 samples of clothing from 67 distribution units were involved in 7 cities in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Jieyang, Maoming, Meizhou and Shantou, involving 131 manufacturers.

A total of 94 clothing products were found to be unqualified after inspection, and 146 other samples of clothing products were not found to be unqualified. The sampling rate was 39.17%.

It is reported that the sampling outlets include shopping malls, self-employed households and online shopping malls.

Among them, 34 shopping malls altogether drew 142 garments, 30 self-employed households drew 73 garments, and 3 online shopping centers drew 25 garments.

Judging from the inspection results, the online shopping mall has the highest rate of unqualified clothing, reaching 60%, and the disqualification rates of shopping malls and self-employed households are 38.7% and 32.9% respectively.

Online shopping mall only extracted 25 models, with an unqualified rate of up to 60%.

There is still a lot of risk in choosing clothes online.

At the same time, because of the problem of quality unqualified, online shopping clothing returns are also rare.

Consumers always think that shopping malls are the safest way to buy clothes, but from the data, the qualified rate of shopping malls is lower than that of self-employed ones.

Big black list

According to the bulletin, we found that the quality problems of clothing products are: first, the detection of decomposed carcinogenic aromatic amine dyes in a few clothing products; two, the formaldehyde content is higher than the standard limit value; the three is that the pH value exceeds the standard permitted range; four, the color fastness, joint performance (or crack) and other performance indicators do not meet the standard requirements; five, the fiber content is not consistent with the label; six, the label (product use instruction) is incorrect or untagged.

MUJI has a good reputation in the eyes of consumers, but the pH of the tights is not qualified.

Tight pants are close fitting clothing. PH is unqualified and may cause skin allergy or infection.

Fast fashion brand H&M and sports brand Nike were pointed out that color fastness was not qualified, that is, "fade".

Analysts believe that the fast fashion brand sales downturn is not an excuse for poor quality products, sports products to bear the body metabolism after the consumer movement, the most should not be on the color fastness problems.

In addition, a pair of trousers labeled by luxury brand Prada is unqualified, which is easy to mislead consumers and affect consumers' judgement.

In inquiries, the average price of Prada pants is more than 3000 yuan.

The problem of famous clothing brands is frequent. Previously, many brands including Gucci, Hermes, Prada and other brands were unqualified, but similar problems had not been solved.

Absence of punishment mechanism

Xu Bin, chief management expert of fashion brand planning expert and frontier consultant, said that at present, the punishment mechanism in China is still not perfect. Whether it is international brands, export products or domestic brands, there will be unqualified products.

Clothing offline sales are traditional channels, relatively standardized in the supply chain, but the low price on line may cost savings in materials, production and processing.

Online platform may be due to more merchants, commodity assessment regulation will not be in place.

In addition, domestic shopping malls only provide the functions of shopping malls management and property management. They only set standards for entering the brand, lack the ability of commodity evaluation and supervision, and do not play a supervisory role in the quality of goods.

In recent years, the operation of fast fashion brands is going downhill, and the decline of performance has become the norm.

Brand "price war" is also reasonable, but there should be no quality problem.

In addition, online clothing prices are on average less than half the price below the line. Under the vicious competition environment, some businesses will consider reducing costs and affecting product quality.
