Recently, Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Ningxia, Gansu, Shanghai and other 12 provinces and cities began issuing the May 1 dangerous chemicals vehicle limit notice.

Beijing Tianjin Hebei

According to the joint circular issued by the Public Security Traffic Management Bureau of the Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau, the Tianjin Public Security Traffic Administration Bureau and the Hebei Provincial Public Security Bureau Traffic Management Bureau, the circular on the prohibition of dangerous goods spanportation vehicles on the expressway in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei during the Qingming and May 1 holidays in 2019, from 24 o'clock in May 1st to May 4th at May 4th, Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei take the measures to limit the spanportation of dangerous goods:

I. prohibit the spanportation of dangerous goods vehicles (including dangerous goods spanportation lines with dangerous chemicals, road spanport lines and dangerous chemicals spanport vehicles) in the administrative area of Beijing.

Two. Prohibit the spanport of dangerous goods vehicles (including dangerous goods spanporting vehicles carrying dangerous chemical time line report certificates and highly toxic chemical highway spanport permits) in the Tianjin administrative area.

Jiangsu Province

The Jiangsu Provincial Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Corps and the Jiangsu provincial comprehensive administration and law enforcement supervision bureau of the Jiangsu Provincial Transportation Bureau decided to implement the peak hour travel policy on the four day of the May 1 Labor Day holiday in 2019 on the part of the freight cars passing through the second bridge, Jiangyin bridge, Sutong bridge and Chongqi bridge. The announcement is as follows:

3, Sutong Bridge: G15 Shenhai high speed Sukun Tai hub (1243K) to Dong Bang hub (1218K), with Limited mileage of 25 km; G15w regular high-speed Changshu East Interchange (9K), S5 Chang Jia Expressway Interchange (4K) to G15 Shenhai high speed bamboo interchange (1189K), Limited mileage of 41 KMS, two segments totaling 66 km.

Guangdong Province

The restricted freight cars bound for Xinjiang and Wuwei bound for Pingliang and Shaanxi will pass through the Ying Shuang Expressway (G70) along the Ying Shuang Expressway (G2012).

According to the circular issued by the Shanghai Municipal Public Security Bureau on the restricted traffic of the motor vehicles with yellow motor vehicles issued during the major holidays G40 Shanghai and Shaanxi high-speed (Shanghai section), during the Qingming holidays and labor holidays, during the first two days and the last two days of the national holidays, the yellow motor vehicle license plates are prohibited from passing through the G40 Shanghai Shan high speed (Shanghai section) between 6 and 20 days.

Shaanxi Province

According to the announcement issued by the Shaanxi expressway toll center, Qingming Huangdi mausoleum will be held for public memorial. Jiangxi Province

Anhui Province

The provincial highway is prohibited from spanporting hazardous chemicals to vehicles from 2 hours to 5 days throughout the year.

Hunan Province

From 0:00 in April 4, 2019 to 24 hours in April 7th, the province's expressways prohibited the spanportation of dangerous chemicals.

Hubei province

From 0:00 in April 4, 2019 to 24 hours in April 7th, the province's expressways prohibited the spanportation of dangerous chemicals.

Jilin Province

The whole province is prohibited from spanporting hazardous chemicals from 18 hours to 6 days.
