Bangladesh Has The World'S Largest Green Clothing Factory.

The Daily Star reported on May 26th that at present, 90 garment factories in Bangladesh were awarded the certificate of energy and environmental design (LEED) issued by the US Green Building Committee (USGBC), of which 24 were awarded LEED platinum level green building certification.

Green building selection not only helps Bangladesh rebuild its national image, green technology can reduce 40% energy use and more than 30% water consumption, green building means reducing carbon dioxide emissions, thereby protecting the environment, and ensuring the creation of a safe workplace for employees.
