Recently, the market supervision bureau Guang Chen carried out "double random" spot checks and inspections, and seized two trademark infringement cases, involving more than 3000 brands of down garments.

In November 11th, the law enforcement officers of Guang Chen found a large number of clothing tags and trademarks similar to "UNIQLO" in the warehouse of an enterprise in the jurisdiction. There were only one word difference between characters and graphics, and the overall arrangement and combination method and appearance were similar, which caused the law enforcement officers to attach great importance to it.

As the parties concerned were unable to provide the trademark authorization materials for the garments, Guang Chen seized nearly 3000 "down to use" down garments on the spot, and seized the scene down and down.

On the afternoon of October 29th, Guang Chen law enforcement officers conducted a field inspection of a garment factory in Qian Gang Road, Guangchen Town, Pinghu. It was found that 18 employees in the four floor workshop were engaged in garment processing, and a group of garments were marked with "THENORTHFACE" logo on their left chest, back and main marks.

At the scene, the law enforcement officers requested the parties to provide relevant documents such as the power of attorney for the production and processing of the garments.

Because of alleged infringement of the exclusive right to use registered trademarks, law enforcement officers are detained for processing the above garments. After checking, 53 THENORTHFACE products and 298 semi-finished products were found at the scene. At present, the case is being further investigated and dealt with.
