Consumer complaints are focused on businesses not delivering goods, businesses not returning goods, orders being cut for no reason, pre-sale prices higher than the price of double eleven day, gifts missing or inconsistent.

Since November 6th, black cat complaints have been receiving complaints from consumers, claiming that they did not buy members but received renewal messages. In November 10th, complaints about the same problem broke out in large numbers. On the same day, the rebate website issued a notice and returned to the platform in succession.

Since November 11th, the black cat has complained of a large number of complaints related to the double eleven price below the pre-sale price. Many consumers pay earnest money at the pre-sale stage and wait for the payment. I thought it was a product that I bought at a low price, but later I saw merchants selling products at a cheaper price. Among them, CHCEDO and L'OREAL's "Xiu Li", Yuesai complained more.

After November 11th, the number of effective complaints in freight logistics increased sharply, increasing by 103.4% over the previous week. Consumer complaints focus on express damage or loss, long time no distribution, slow speed, etc.

In addition, during the double eleven period from October 21st to November 17th, the top 5 complaints from the black shopper were the customer service, the spoil, the Jingdong, the rebate network and the poison App. Among them, Ali customer service and the number of effective complaints are over 5000. The largest number of complaints of Ali customer service zero reply; Jingdong and poison App all reply to processing; many and rebate network reply processing is also close to all.
