Canton Fair Online Fair Exhibitors Guidelines

In view of the recent hot topics of general concern of exhibitors, combined with the practice of using online platforms, information uploads and live broadcast functions, the assembly has compiled guidelines for exhibitors. We invite the exhibitors to pay attention to it.

Platform use

Yi Jie Tong platform personal account, can login cloud exhibition hall?

Yi Jie Tong only supports the registration of exhibitors in existing booths, and does not support personal account login. If you need a personal account, you can manage it in the cloud exhibition hall.

Is there only Chinese and English layout on the Internet display platform? Does it support multilingual switching?

The online display platform currently only provides Chinese and English display interfaces, and does not support other languages.

Can you apply for a joint exhibition (that is, the two companies jointly display and use the same account to upload and manage exhibits)?

No, you must log in separately to maintain the company and exhibits information.

The two companies have booths. Can they close one of them and manage them with the same account?

An enterprise can only correspond to one account and does not support merging or closing.

Does the joint venture have an account to sign the cloud exhibition hall management system?

The joint venture and the exhibitors with the corresponding booths will not participate in the exhibition.

Can enterprises set up other exhibitors to check their permissions for uploading information?

Exhibitors can display the non text information of the exhibits as public, visible by local buyers, visible by overseas buyers or purchasing representatives (representatives from overseas enterprises in China). In addition to the public option, the non text information of the exhibits is not visible to other exhibitors.

Can enterprises set up purchasers to check their permissions for uploading information?

Exhibitors can set the non text information of the exhibits to be open (all roles can be seen by visitors) or be visible to specific buyers only.

Will the online platform continue to operate after the completion of the Canton Fair? Can purchasers continue to use the platform?

The platform will continue to keep exhibitors' query function. Attention should be paid to follow up notices if other functions continue to be used.

Information upload

Can enterprise information and exhibits information be modified during development?

The basic information of the participating enterprises can not be modified by itself; other information can be modified except for the basic information of the enterprise.

Does the platform have columns for uploading product patents, certification and instruction manuals?

Upload and display product patents, certification and instruction manuals and other information content.

Can enterprises set up multiple business contacts? Can different exhibits be set up with different business contacts?

Only one contact is currently supported.

Is the online display platform of enterprise website displayed as link form or text form? Can you enter multiple websites?

At present, there are no functions that can be directly transferred to the enterprise website. Exhibitors can display their website on the Internet platform - enterprise information - detailed information - enterprise profiles. The enterprise profile satisfies ten thousand character content description and can be added according to enterprise needs.

Live broadcast

Are all the booths in each exhibition area arranged?

Exhibitors will have at least 1 live rooms in the exhibitors' exhibitors. The upper limit will be decided by the number of exhibition areas and exhibitions. Specific rules, please pay attention to follow up guidelines for live show.

Can the live room be opened in China? Can it be opened abroad?

There are no national or regional restrictions on the location of live broadcast, but the anchor also has mainland identity card and mobile phone number in mainland China.

Does live broadcast have the function of continuous wheat? That is to say, we are launching live broadcasting in China and explaining it to overseas exhibitions.

The live broadcast rooms of the participating enterprises do not provide video and even wheat functions.

Video uploading in live marketing, can you upload the recorded video?

If you need to play the pre recorded video in the live broadcast, you can play the pre recorded video on the computer arranged by the enterprise, and broadcast the content of the screen through the third party push flow software that has been downloaded in advance. After playback is completed, the system will automatically generate playback video.

Can exhibitors account for live broadcast? How can the exhibitors reply to comments in the studio?

The exhibitors' accounts can be viewed live through the live hall, and can be sent back from their live assistant ports to their own live rooms. There is only one live assistant account in a live room.

Are there any Internet requirements and restrictions for overseas customers?

There are no special network requirements and any restrictions for overseas customers.

How can companies apply for participation in cross-border e-commerce platform exhibition?

If an enterprise needs to exhibit on the third party e-commerce platform, it can directly apply to the relevant requirements after publication of the relevant platform list.
