SH) announced that due to significant changes in the fair value of innovation No. 1 fund, the company plans to adjust the fair value of its shares of innovation No. 1 fund out of the principle of prudence. In view of the uncertainty in the implementation of the arbitration award, the company has to buy back the equity of innovation fund No.1 through the original core shareholders to recover the investment, which is difficult to accurately estimate the time cycle and the amount recovered. Therefore, assuming that the buyback of the original core shareholders cannot be executed, the company calculates the cash amount that may be obtained from the sale of equity of innovation No.1 fund to a third party. It is estimated that the loss of fair value change of the company's shares of innovation No.1 fund shall be recognized as 32.036 million yuan, and after deducting the loss of 5.1901 million yuan of fair value change that has been confirmed in 2019, the company intends to recognize the loss of fair value change this year The loss from changes in fair value was 26.8459 million yuan.
