Wenzhou online news purchased the nominal YONEX (Yonex) badminton shoes purchased on Taobao online only for a month. The shoe side cracked. Mr Wu said that in August 19th this year, he bought a pair of YONEX genuine badminton shoes from Taobao's online shop called "Ni smug" in Wenzhou, and found it cracked after a month.

Later, after consulting with the brand shoe manufacturer, Mr. Wu found that the shoes he bought could be fake.

He failed to negotiate with the seller. He complained to the industry and Commerce Department where the seller was located.

According to Mr Wu, the sale price of the shoe in the exclusive store is 1100 yuan, and the online shop claims to be a special purchase channel with a price of only 525 yuan.

The reporter was informed by the Nanpu industrial and Commercial Institute of Lucheng branch of Commerce and industry, in addition to Mr. Wu, the Institute also received complaints from Mr. Sun of Ningbo.

Mr. Sun also bought a pair of YONEX badminton shoes from "Ni" at the price of 525 yuan in October 8th this year, and later learned from other users that the shoes might be counterfeit products.

According to the seller's contact information submitted by consumers, in October 18th, the law enforcement officials of Nanpu industrial and Commercial Bureau called the seller's mobile phone.

Subsequently, the reporter used Taobao's username and "Ni smug" for online communication. The other party said that the shoes they sold were genuine products. When reporters asked why they did not come forward to accept the mediation of the business men, the other side did not reply.

The law enforcement officials of Nanpu industrial and commercial bureau said that since the seller and the buyer had disputes, they should intervene.

Since sellers believe that their goods are genuine, there is no reason not to accept the investigation by the business sector.

The buyer thinks that the product purchased is a fake, and the seller is obliged to provide relevant evidence to prove that the merchandise he sells is genuine.
