In the reclaimed water reuse system, the water reuse in dyeing and finishing is carried out by ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis technology. After concentrating the production wastewater, air flotation, sand filtration, ultrafiltration and two reverse osmosis technology, ultrafiltration treatment system and RO membrane reverse osmosis system are used to carry out the deep treatment of the waste water, so as to achieve the 65% wastewater reuse rate. The water quality is up to the standard of "reuse of urban sewage industrial water quality (GB11923-2005)", and RO concentrated water is discharged through efficient treatment.
The project can save 468 thousand tons of water per year, reduce the annual CODcr emissions by about 28 tons, and reduce ammonia emissions by 2.34 tons.
The water reuse in the water jet loom is based on the characteristics of the waste water generated by the water loom and the number and capacity of the existing loom loom.
The project uses dosing and coagulating air floatation as pretreatment process and quartz sand filtration to remove suspended solids in depth, and the effluent meets the requirements of 2NTU.
In terms of waste treatment engineering of dyeing and finishing machine, the company has installed an exhaust gas treatment device to ensure that organic oil smoke is condensed into droplets through cooler, and then collected by high voltage electric field of static motor.
The boiler flue gas desulfurization and denitration dust removal company has invested in the flue gas desulfurization and denitration dedusting system. The non catalytic reduction technology (SNCR) has been used to achieve the 60% emission requirement of denitration efficiency. In addition, the combined process of multi tube dust collector and wet dedusting is used for dust removal treatment and flue gas wet desulphurization treatment, so that the flue gas emission standard is superior to the national industry standard.
In terms of recycling and utilization of island fiber waste, the company has extracted and reused this part of terephthalic acid through self designed technology.
After the project is put into operation, 1500 tons of solid pollutants can be disposed of each year, which has solved the difficulty of sewage treatment and increased the economic benefits.
